Refund and Return Policy for QUEEN'D

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the guidelines for our refund and return process:

• Customers must request authorization to return items by emailing iamqueend.465@gmail.com within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Approved returns should be mailed to:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition as well as original packaging. Return packages must also include the receipt or order slip for verification purposes.
• Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Once the returned items are received and verified, store credit will be issued. We cannot provide store credit until the original purchase has been processed.
• The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:
  • Candles
  • Sale items
  • Promotional products
  • Bundles
